Las Tapas En España

¿Qué piensas cuando oyes “comida española”? Piensas en tapas, ¿no? 

Las tapas son pequeñas raciones de platos típicos españoles. Las tapas más populares son las tapas de paella, de jamón serrano o tortilla de patatas. ¡Pero hay muchas más! Vamos a conocer algunas tapas típicas en diferentes regiones españolas:  

El gazpacho es una tapa muy popular en el sur de España. El gazpacho es una sopa fría hecha con tomate, pepino, pimiento, cebolla y ajo. 

En el norte de España se come pulpo a la gallega, que es pulpo cocido con pimentón. 

Los pimientos del padrón se comen en toda España, pero su origen está en Galicia, y son pimientos verdes pequeños, fritos y servidos con sal. ¡Algunos pimientos del padrón pueden ser picantes!

Una tapa típica del centro de España es las migas. Las migas son pedazos de pan con carne y verduras. 

En el oeste de España, más exactamente en la Comunidad Valenciana, se come esgarraet: una ensalada con pimiento rojo asado, bacalao, ajo y aceite de oliva. 

El mundo de las tapas también tiene curiosidades lingüísticas: existe el verbo “tapear” o la expresión “ir de tapeo.” Los dos significan ir a comer tapas con amigos o familia: ¡Voy a tapear con mis padres!
